The company is seeking an individual who is a member of ICSI and take care of:

1. Secretarial Compliance:

• organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings
• maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries
• monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action
• liaising with external regulators and advisors, such as lawyers and auditors
• developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements

2. Financial reporting:

• Prepare weekly, monthly MIS including P&L account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow with relevant financial analysis

• Prepare KPI reports and Unit profitability report every month with relevant inferences and conclusions
• Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
• Determine financial status by comparing and analysing plans and forecast with actual result.

3. Financial Planning:

• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget

• Report to management variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

• Create additional analysis and reports as requested by management

• Long term forecast and cash flow planning
• Assist in development of financial concepts and policies for business planning and control

4. Others:

• Coordination of ROC and secretarial activities with Company Secretary

• Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company

• Inventory Analysis

• Sales Analysis

• Managing Analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
