· Meeting and greeting clients and employees.
· Arranging couriers.
· Keeping the reception area tidy.
· Answering and forwarding phone calls.
· Screening phone calls.
· Sorting and distributing post.
· Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
· Book meeting rooms as required.
· Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
· Arrange travel and accommodations for Grade B/ Tier II employees.
· Book keeping of the service materials.
