As the talent acquisition team lead for india you will report to the global director of talent acquisitionYou will be a pivotal team member who is responsible for developing and fulfilling recruiting strategies for all pid companies in india.
The lead is the first escalation point for hiring managers and recruiters in the regionThis is a position with great impact in the business, which also requires operating in a strategic, consultative and hands-on capacity while driving continuous results.
Primarily this role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for commercial and support functions, from discussing the profile with hiring managers, to building a sourcing strategy, managing the relationship with candidates through the recruitment, interview and offer stages, while developing and managing strong relationships with key stakeholdersWithin your role you will:
Work with pid key stakeholders in india to enhance employer brand in the marketplace to aide direct recruitment and support the companies’ purposes.
Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment effortsServe as the first escalation point when urgencies or issues ariseRaise problems to the danaher talent acquisition director when addition escalation is needed.
Develop recruitment strategyThis may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
Oversee the rpo recruiter productivity and recruitment activity for software and technology.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization by developing college recruiting programs & participating in employment events, such as career fairs or hackatons.
Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for open jobs.
Ensure that the talent acquisition team provide an outstanding high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through all points of the recruitment cycle.
Lead the continuous improvement of talent acquisition kpis.
Ensure full leverage of our system capabilities, including applicant tracking system (workday).
Contribute to the development and implementation of regional and global talent acquisition initiatives.
Your education or background experience will include:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or similar areas.
5 – 7 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience in a large corporate organization with 2+ years of recruiting in an engineering domain.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment recruiting for professional level and specialists.
Creative sourcing and networking experience.
Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal clients.
Detail oriented, with strong project management skills, and able to coordinate many record keeping activities.
