Better requires process discipline and simplification
As a member of our engineering team, you will design, implement, integrate, and maintain IT operations management and change analytics tools at the core of Western Union technology world. You will be liaising with different teams and stakeholders, you will work to understand business problems and requirements, and will subsequently build processes and solutions to achieve desired outcomes. You will play critical role making Western Union IT operations more effective and efficient by enhancing collaboration, automation, change, event, incident and problem management processes and capabilities.
For this role, we require you to have a technical degree or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience in monitoring tools/AIOps/Development related technologies. Design and implement integration of (x)Matters and Evolven with Monitoring, AIOps, ServiceNow and Automation platforms. You’ll have knowledge of at least several tools (XMatters, Evolven, Dynatrace, Micro Focus suite, Big Panda, ELK) with experience in integrating/implementing AIOps tools. You’ll come with ability to work on medium to complex projects under limited supervision and able to prioritize workload to achieve the team goals. Having knowledge of Ansible, Git, Jenkins, and automation tools will have an added advantage.
