The early careers recruiter will be responsible for supporting and managing the campus recruitment and engagement for india businessesThe role will involve managing end to end campus recruitment, campus engagement, candidate management, stakeholder management, and systems management.

This role will report into head of early careers, asia and australasia.
Key responsibilities:
Support and manage the various stages of the recruitment process for early careers (graduates / mbas / interns)
Manage candidates through the selection process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and support the on-boarding of new hires
Partner closely with early careers recruitment team, business, and wider hr team across the country.
Coordinate with colleges, candidates, recruitment team, hiring managers and interviewers and ensure best interview and candidate experience
Accurately schedule interviews, meetings, and events, liaising with multiple parties working across various locations
Communicate progress to hiring managers and recruiting colleagues on the status of candidates and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary
Effectively manage and maintain recruitment related data in the ats (oracle taleo) and ms-excel
Proactively follow up on interview requests and other information requests
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
Champion, support and utilize wtw recruitment strategies and tools
Champion inclusion and diversity to ensure that the very best talent, irrespective of age/sex/ethnicity etc., are recruited
Take ownership for the payment of supplier invoices and operate as a liaison between the recruitment team and finance.
Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process
The requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business management or related field preferred
A minimum of 5 years of successful campus recruiting experience for a professional services or a consulting firm, experience of working for an hr / actuarial / management consulting firm a major plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in ms-excel, ms-powerpoint and ms-word
Hands on experience with applicant tracking system (oracle taleo preferred but open to others)
Experience of multi-tasking and juggling conflicting priorities
Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Proven success working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and self sufficient
Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
Strong interpersonal and team working skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance the appropriate candidate pipeline with the hiring needs
Demonstrable success leveraging direct sourcing strategies and tools
Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations
