1. Daily rounds to monitor activities on floors
2. Feedback monitoring and take necessary actions as and when required
3. Monitor outpatient turnaround time to ensure patients are timely attended
6. F & B Kitchen
7. Materials & Procurement for daily operations of departments in coordination with Purchase department
To continuously monitor the efficiency parameters, growth and development of the department by the following parameters: –
· Optimum working conditions and health of the team mates.
· Work Load balance among team mates
· Capacity utilization of equipment and facilities.
· Judicious use of materials and resources (water, electricity, telephones, stationary, drugs, disposables and consumables).
· Productivity and output of each team mate.
Legal And Statutory Requirements
· To ensure all legal and statutory requirements of department are fully complied with and licences / permits / certificates relevant to your department are updated on time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
