1. Scout/Recruit candidates for different positions on Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed and other portals as per the Recuriement.

2. Entire paperwork handling of the employees – Offer/Appointment letter, Compliance, Attendance Management, Payroll/Payslip management.

3. Ensure each segment and project meets the sales targets.

4. Develop and drive channel sales team / Broker.Meet targeted number of additions to channel partner database every month.

5. Converting prospects into customers by show-casing sites to prospects which matches investment needs of the projects.

6. Taking prospects for site visit, answering all relevant quarries in the process.

7. Ensuring the prospects and customers are satisfied with the services of Sarah Homes

8. Expert in English communication skills and Computer Operations

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
