ADMINISTRATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
#Responsibilities and duties
1- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
2- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
3- Coordinate project deliverables
4- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
5- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
5- Provide administrative support for operations team
6- Monitor the production staff
#Qualifications and Skills
1- Office Administrator qualifications and Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2- 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
3- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4- Strong knowledge of Tally software
5- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
6- Customer-service oriented
7- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
