Job Description:
Electronics For Imaging is looking for a people’s person who will lead the HR function and take ownership of attracting, developing, managing, and retaining extraordinary talent. As a cultural ambassador of the company, you will work directly with the leadership team to develop and implement policies, programs, and best practices that create a positive and inspiring work culture for Electronics For Imaging India Private Limited.
Specific Responsibilities:
Actively support the company’s vision and growth plans by designing and implementing appropriate HR strategies, policies, processes, and practices and ensuring awareness and adherence
Build and promote a positive and inspiring work culture that enhances employee wellness, promotes positivity and improves employee engagement through all HR practices
Consistently attract, recruit and retain excellent talent and manage their full lifecycle at the company
Effectively work with leaders and employees at all levels to develop and implement programs that increase performance, learning and development of all
Manage employee payroll and benefits programs
Handle employee issues and grievances, and resolve conflicts at the workplace through positive and professional mediation
Drive continuous improvement of all HR processes and practices of the company to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Manage compliance with various labour laws and regulations including health and safety
Participate in setting goals/KRAs for all functions with senior management, and lead the HR team to implement and drive initiatives to meet the same
Provide MIS reporting to senior management on all HR functions and initiatives
Handle Admin Functions
Required Skills:
Understands and exhibits “customer-first” thinking and design
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with or training in process improvement methodologies
Proven ability to creatively solve problems
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage or work with a team
Should have positive attitude and willing to take up any challenge
Should have a solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision-making
Should be multitask, set priorities, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years’ experience in managing a HR services
Extensive experience with operating HCMS
Contract length: 13 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Salary: ₹2,600,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per year
