Position: Human Resource Admin Professional
Location: Bangalore.
Exp Range: 5- 8 Years
We are looking for an energetic, self-driven professional with the following
Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor / Master’s degree in Business Administration / HR or related field preferred.
2. Should be adaptable to the dynamic, fast-paced environment
3. Good ability to effectively manage employee relations
4. Experience managing office administration
5. Experience onboarding employees at office and distribution of new joiner kits
6. Good vendor management experience, cost negotiation and maintaining
inventory at office
7. Ability to plan and drive office employee engagement events, outings,
trainings, conference and all hands meets.
8. Experience in handling IT Asset Management
9. Self-driven and ambitious.
10. Excellent Communication skills – oral and written.
11. Should be well versed in use of MS Word / Excel / Power Point, and capable of making impactful presentations.
Responsibilities:
Following will be the responsibilities, but not limited to:
1. Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
2. Identify and manage training and development needs of the employees.
3. Promote HR programs to create conflict-free workplace
4. Provide back-office support as & when required
5. Maintain cordial relationship with HR and Admin related vendors
6. Procurement of IT assets and Asset Management and disposal
7. To take care of entire admin activities like – Co-ordinating reg building
facilities, managing Office stationeries / mail deliveries, office consumables – but not limited to the mentioned alone.
8. Engage in Employee Engagement Initiatives.
9. Responsible for Fun@ Work.
10. Willing to take up the tasks assigned by the Management without hesitation
