As a PSEII you will be responsible for troubleshooting and analyze intermediate technical coding issues submitted by internal or external clients And Triage and escalate incidents, problem management issues and urgent issues requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources, and you will be Providing release support for go-lives and code deployments and effectively use and navigate development process and code repositories and you will be applying basic code and testing changes and fixes to resolve issues and to Develop and execute test plans for basic diagnostic packages and will be Performing root cause analysis with clients to resolve lower complexity issues .
