Recruitment & Selection:

Searching Job Portals, Scheduling Interviews, Co-ordination With Placement Agencies, Screening of Resumes, Forwarding Concerned Department, Conducting Interview.

As a Panel member in the recruitment process with the concerned head of the department.
*
Reference Checking, Offered Salary Break-up.
*
Complete joining formalities and all documentation requirements.
Statutory Compliance:
*
Handling monthly Wages and Payroll Management system.
*
Registration of new employees in EPFO, ESIC.
*
Maintaining attendance, Leave Register, Salary records.
*
Monthly EPFO & ESIC Challans.
*
Maintain Personnel files of Associate and Staff member.
*
Bonus, Increment, Gratuity.
*
Acceptance to Resignation, No Dues Formalities, Full & Final Settlement.
*
Drafting letters such as Offer letter, Appointment letter, Experience letter, Reliving letter, Transfer letter, Increment letter etc.
*
Co-Operate with contractors and fulfill company requirement.
Training and Development:
*
Skill Matrix.
*
Competency Gap Analysis.
*
Training Need Identification.
*
Preparation for Annual Training Calendar.
*
Coordination with Trainer According to Annual Training Calendar.
*
Conduct regular Training (Associate & Staff) Internal & External.
*
Induction Training for New Joining Employee and Associate.
Industrial Relation Function:
*
Dealing in worker disciplinary matters.
*
Liaising with Govt. office ESIC, EPFO, Labor office, Police, Fire office & Pollution office etc.
*
Handling day to day employees Grievances.
*
Handling Employees Engagement.
*
Disciplinary actions including issuing of Warning Latter, show cause notice Housekeeping
Committee.
Administrative Function:
Checking Contractor’s Bill, Canteen, vehicle, Housekeeping, Security, Uniform, Building repairing and Maintenance, Telephone and Mobiles, Transportation other day to day administrative requirements, Office equipment’s.
OPERATE KISFLOW MANAGEMENT TOOL AND GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS ON DAILY BASIS AND PROVIDE REPORT TO EMPLOYER
