Role Synopsis
To provide HR and administration support, a focal point for generalist support, offer guidance and advice line Managers and employees on best fit solutions to a broad range of issues.
Primarily assist and support local operations to deliver a safe, efficient and profitable business. The role will therefore cover HR Management, Payroll Processing, Reward & Recognition, Compensation & Benefits and Office Administration,
Partnering with assigned business groups to build strong relationships and encourage collaborative approach to management of people.
Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)
· Manage HR and Office administration, including AX12, HR filing and assisting all employees with letters and correspondence as required.
· Manage leave absence and return to work (Attendance Administration)
· Advise employees and line managers on policy queries and offer guidance, support and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, suggesting practical solutions.
· Manage the delivery and development of an efficient, timely and accurate HR service bespoke to the needs of the business.
· Manage the onboarding and leavers process in accordance with the employee’s terms and conditions.
· Assist in implementing and maintaining HR processes, policies and handbooks, and the communication with employees and managers.
· Assist with recruitment in the attraction and retention of talent and ensure all necessary steps are followed
· Comply with internal and external audit requirements.
· Comply with local government policies and procedures.
· Manage accurate payroll through AX and payroll provider, for example; contractual variations, new starters, leavers, contractual benefits and staff benefits.
· Participate in the delivery of accurate and timely compensation, benefit, reward and development solutions in line with corporate initiatives.
· Manage Medical & Life Insurance benefits enrolment and invoice related issues.
Office Administration- Manage Office Admin
· Review office policies and procedures prepared by Office Admin.
· Prepare Maintenance schedule and perform periodical maintenance services for all office assets.
· Review existing office expenditure and manage the budget, and have discussion with Line Manager for optimization and improvement.
· Organising and maintaining supplies of stationery and consumables.
· Arranging travel, accommodation, taxis, car hire etc. as required.
· Sourcing suitable venues, overseeing meeting room bookings, group conferences, away days, staff entertainment, and meetings when required.
· Ensure on timely invoicing and ensure all invoices are raised with supporting documents.
· Flag all variance in the service order to General Manager for appropriate actions.
· Assist in forecast and actual of all service orders.
· Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management.

Qualifications
Education
· Master of Business Administration in Human Resource or equivalent
Experience
· Minimum 6+ years of working experience / exposure in all HR aspects and administration
· Working experience in an oil and gas company.
· Knowledge in full HR process cycle
· Able to work independently (Without supervision).
Excellent communicator with good listening skills

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹43,000.00 per month
