Scrum Master
GFT is looking for a Senior Scrum master for Global Fund Transfer Pricing Application.
Responsibilities :
Guide teams through Agile Life cycle management.
Own, advocate, and coach Agile (scrum) processes, ensuring that the team is always following the framework and looking for opportunities to continuously improve all the time.
Uphold Agile values and principles; facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and other Scrum-related meetings.
Take action based on retrospectives and sprint team metrics to improve execution approaches and team velocity.
Create a safe environment for healthy discussions and meaningful collaboration.
Focus on teams to deliver value quickly. Foster a motivating culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree
10+ years of experience in delivering projects in an Agile manner or equivalent
Successful track record of enabling Agile teams with predictable commitment and delivery
Preferably CSM/PMI certified
Exposure to the banking or finance function domain is preferred
Ability to thrive in an environment with a high degree of change
Exposure to Project management / tracking tools / Agile processes / JIRA is a must
Strong people management skills
Ability to interact, influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization
Ability to convey complex messages with simplicity to a broad and diverse, multi-level audience
Ability to find solutions to complex problems through critical thinking, engagement and collaboration
Strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint and Release planning
Advanced understanding of and experience with Software Development Life Cycle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
