What success looks like in this role:
• A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. • Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions. • identifying organisational need for new applications • preparing technical specification as a roadmap for software • implementing, testing and integrating new applications • performing routine system backups and upgrades • installing new operation systems and releases • providing instructions and training to staff when necessary • monitoring, recoding and responding to requests for support • investigating and diagnosing system faults and errors

Job Description:
Provide techno functional support for O365 features (SharePoint Online, Power App, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams …etc.)
Design, support, and build canvas and model driven apps using Power Apps
Design, support, and build business process flows using Power Automate
Resolve end user issues related to SharePoint Online
Develop solutions using OOTB features of SharePoint
Develop solutions using features of O365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, MS Teams)
Qualification
Any bachelor’s degree with 2 – 4 years of experience on O365 tenant administration
Primary Skills
O365 tenant administration
Proficient in SPO administration
Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
Proficient with master pages, themes, UX/UI, page layouts
Ability to document processes and functional requirements
Proficient with PowerShell scripting
Experience with HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JSON & JavaScript
Excellent Troubleshooting skills
Excellent Communication skills
Familiar with ITIL process
Secondary Skills
Build MS SQL queries
Experience in MS Excel reporting
Experience in working with ITSM tools (Preferred ServiceNow)
Knowledge of web based application design and content management systems
Knowledge of workflow and content migration tools (Nintex, Sharegate, etc.)
