JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant

REPORTS TO: Senior Personal Assistant
JOB ROLE:
As Administrative Assistant – The role is to assist senior in administrative duties. The role will involve coordinating meetings, diary management, administrative support, as well as the potential for project support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Liaise with executive and senior PA to handle requests and queries from senior managers
· Compiling, typing and preparing reports / minutes.
· Assisting Senior PA with with administrative duties on an as-needed basis.
· Responsible for preparation of documents and reports
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
· Maintain Polite and professional communication via phone a nd email.
· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
· Receive, Sort emails and report accordingly to the senior.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
· Possess a strong ability to work in a paced environment
· Organized & detail oriented
· Strong time management skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Min 2-3 experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Skills:
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent in communication
· Strong organizational & planning skills
· Proficient in MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
