Job summary
D2l is hiring an sales onboarding specialist, specializing in sales training, coaching and onboardingThis role will also support content creation to support the sales enablement teamOur sales enablement mission is to increase the sale efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization to hit our revenue goals.
How will i make an impact?:
Deliver enablement programs designed to support onboarding and ongoing professional development
Communicate with stakeholders on new hire progress
Support sales enablement team with onboarding new hires through the sales course, including but not limited to, weekly meetings, coaching, and content delivery
Continuously review and assess new hire progress and address concerns immediately
Assist in the development and maintenance sales onboarding content
Create content related to sales competencies
Maintenance of sales portals, keeping all matters current and completeCommunicate updated or new assets via email and/or slack channels
Track and reporting of key metrics related to the onboarding process, such as, pipeline, segment quota attainment, etc.
Measure impact of onboarding against enablement kpi`s
Collect and organize feedback for continuous improvements of programs
Coordination with sme`s from across the organization to transfer knowledge to new hires
Create and prepare routine enablement materials, presentations and other communications and correspondence, ensuring materials are prepared timely, accurately, and in a highly professional manner.
What you`ll bring to the role:
3+ years experience driving effective sales enablement strategies in a fast-paced environment leveraging technology and contemporary learning techniques
Strong business acumen with the ability to align sales enablement objectives with the overall business strategy of the organization
The ability to deliver engaging content both remotely and face to face
Flexible and agile to work across various projects and thrive in a complex environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proven and effective presentation skills
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Passion for learning, a high-level attention to detail and accuracy in your execution of work
Expert in microsoft office
Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Experience with virtual learning environments and learning management systems is preferred
Having knowledge of salesforce is preferred
Education requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in education, curriculum design or relevant field in progress or completed
