Minimum qualifications:
4 years of experience as a project or program manager.
4 years of experience in data management, leading cross-functional, multi-team, and/or data-centric programs.
Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch and capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to use data and analytics to inform decision making.
Ability in influencing and partnering with all levels of leadership to drive continuous improvement and organisational change through influence rather than authority.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the next generation of data governance globally for Google’s Server Operations teams. You will work with internal and external customers to unify metrics definition and calculation and own a server operations measurement framework for effective decision making. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it’s your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines.

Manage all aspects of program deliverables from project inception to implementation, deep-dive discussions, business analysis, collection of requirements, and requirements documentation and review.
Work with Client Project Manager, Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Application Engineering teams to complete and/or support project deliverables, post go live support management, other project management, and communications activities.
Document, prioritize and follow up on takeaways from the workshop, consolidate findings into core documentation.
Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members, management, and other departments.
Collaborate with leads to solve ongoing issues and partner on continuous improvement with enhancements.
