Duties
The Administrative Management Assistant provides a full range of staff support to the Principal Officer and Deputy Principal Officer, ensures the smooth and timely flow of information and tasks to and from the Executive Office, and provides administrative support to the Deputy Principal Officer. The position reports directly to the Deputy Principal Officer, or the Principal Officer in the absence of the Deputy, and is reviewed by the Principal Officer. The Administrative Management Assistant works closely with agency and section heads and the Principal Officer’s Office Management Specialist.

EXPERIENCE: Must have a minimum one year of experience in an office setting. Please describe your previous and current job responsibilities in detail.

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in Mumbai may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
