Cross product change services (cpcs) team is aligned to platform transformation and change execution group within payments operations organization.
Role & responsibilities :
Md – cpcs payments change and transformation, india leadThis role will report to cpcs group head and dotted line reporting to head of platform transformation and change execution .
Coverage: cover various types of payments (cross border, high value, low value, real time, alternative payments), liquidity, channels and other payments functions across various currencies and countries.
People: manage a growing team of 200+ staff based in india and partner with additional 100+ staff based in global teamsImplement best practises while hiring, coaching, upskilling, retaining, recognizing and developing careers.
Capabilities: develop & manage capabilities for staff across business process testing, test strategy, test automation, analytics based data profiling solutions, product awareness, metrics based program deliveryBuild high performing, fungible teams.
Stakeholder management: actively manage relationships with stakeholders across technology, operations, product and ensure accurate metrics reporting to management.
Delivery: responsible to plan and execute against time, cost and efficiency targets.
Transformation: initiate, lead and partner to drive strategic improvementsacross test environments, test data management, automation, test strategy formulation, implementation readiness.
Portfolio: manage quality assurance across business process and mitigate risk of software changes across 100s of releases each year covering 100+ applications, 1000+ end user staff, $300mm tech spend, 20+ large change programs.
Change delivery skills: staying relevant with change delivery skills such as agile, devops, release management, automation tool sets, product development, complex technology architecture covering api`s, data lakes, microservices and system migrations (legacy to new applications).

Requirements:
15+ years` experience of working in payments business
Prior experience of leading and driving large scale change programs
At least 10 years of experience of leading organizations and managing people (large teams)
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
Executive-level communications skills
Experience working in diverse, dynamic, fast-paced and highly cross-functional organizations
Prior experience within a bank, financial services, professional services or engineering firm would be invaluable
Mba or an advanced business degree from a top-tier university is preferable
