Our office timings are 12 PM to 9PM IST so that it can be aligned with UK office hours. Candidate should have excellent communication skills with fluency in English language and & ability to communicate independently with our Customers Clients and Consultants (without any help). They should be expert in all Microsoft Office Tools (primarily in MS excel), Email and Calendar Management, Follow Ups & MIS Reporting.
Required Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any stream
2. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience on paper (Complete background check will be done)
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
4. Expert in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
5. Expert in Adobe Acrobat – Editing and Converting PDF files
6. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
7. High level of Accuracy with no room for errors
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
9. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
10. Flexible with working hours
11. Can work under pressure and stringent deadlines
12. Discretion and confidentiality
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Email and Calendar Management
2. Sending daily, weekly and monthly reminders to Leadership/Clients
3. Coordinate and Schedule meetings with Clients
4. Regular follow ups with Clients/Consultants
5. Taking minutes of meeting and filing
6. Transcribe correspondence from Audio notes (understanding of UK English Accent required)
7. Documentation and Filing
8. Monthly MIS Reporting
9. Deliver Reports and Metrics to Leadership
10. Raising Purchase orders
11. Managing Invoices Processing
12. Online ordering of Stationary or any other products/equipment (for UK office) as and when required
