The Customer Success Finance Manager is the Finance partner to the Area STU Lead for Support and the Area Customer Success Lead for consumption. The successful candidate will develop deep analytical skills aimed to identify business opportunity in the cloud space as well as deep subject matter expertise in the Compete space and industry analytics to assess and prioritize market opportunities, customer trends, and threats incl. propensity models. Key to this role is the ability to enable integration between EGs, CSU and STU to land the business opportunity in the field thru the Account Executive teams. The role will drive and directly support STU & CSU Leads with financial ROB.
Key metrics : Support/Consulting Billings, Delivery Value, Cost of Consumption %, Discount
Drive growth strategy in Consulting and Support focus areas, such as Unified, Commercial attach and whitespace opportunities
Partner with Segments to drive Services conversations on Cloud Consumption, Deal Economics (ECIF, Cost of Consulting ROI)
Drive productivity insights for Consulting and CSU resources
Support CSU resource allocation to optimize productivity while meeting customer obligations
Support Simplification on Budget & Forecast centralization and field reporting standardization
Support business partners on Compliance matters
Lead Consulting and Support Budget and Forecast
Drive business transformation focusing on Digital Transformation Wins, New Business Models
Seamlessly transition P&L/Headcount to FC Team
Critical Indicators of Success
Consulting/CSU productivity metrics, particularly as it relates to consumption/cost of consumption
Consumption (ACR, Teams MAU, D365 MAU)
Digital Transformation Deal Economics, partnering with Segment Fin Mgrs
