Ø Validation of Inputs Regarding monthly Attendance & Leave Management
Ø Process Company’s payroll every pay period
Ø Maintenance of Employees Master details
Ø Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
Ø Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
Ø Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
Ø Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
Ø Generation of ESIC temporary cards for new joiners & creating & submitting monthly ESIC Challans
Ø Preparing monthly online ESI and EPF returns and submitting
Ø Preparing PF claims of Employees and submitting them to the PF office
Ø Preparing monthly Professional Taxes and submitting
Ø UAN Generation & Activation.
Ø Employee engagement, development and training.
Ø Good Presentation and Communication skills.
Ø Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees.
Ø Candidate having sound knowledge in recruitment (Naukri, Social Network, Head Hunting).
Ø Should have flair experience in Campus Hiring, Volume Hiring & Lateral Hiring.
Ø Appraisal Management

Required Candidate profile
· AGE 25 to 40
· Graduate Degree is a must. An MBA degree will be a plus point
· Excellent communication skills
· Should be comfortable in speaking regional languages like Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and Tamil etc.
· Willingness to travel
· Should have knowledge in Labor laws
· Must have excellent knowledge of excel and Ms Office packages.
