Indian Hydrogen Limited, has manufacturing and distribution operations of Industrial Gases in India. Incorporated in the year 1997, at Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh, India), we “Indian Hydrogen” are the reckoned manufacturer and supplier of an enhanced quality Hydrogen Gas, Nitrogen Gas, Argon Gas, Oxygen Gas, Helium Gas, Co2 Gas, Ammonia Gas , Zero Air Gas & Chlorine Gas etc.
POSITION SUMMARY
Indian Hydrogen Ltd has an immediate opening for a Manager Administration – Hydrogen. This position will be based in Kota Rajasthan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CEO and General Manager of Indian Hydrogen, you will be responsible for driving outstanding commercial performance and demonstrating excellence in coaching and mentoring a team of account managers.
Primary performance objectives are to achieve P&L targets, protect the base business (contract renewals), deliver revenue growth, and continue to build relationships with key customers. The ability to develop effective working relationships with key internal and external partners (including operations, EH&S, engineering, business development, government relations) will be critical in developing and executing strategies to protect and grow the business across India.
As the Manager Administration, you will lead a team accountable for optimizing hydrogen asset utilization, effectively leading customer accounts, and finding opportunities for growth through engagement in long-term customer and prospect relationships. The successful candidate must be technically sound with the ability to balance day-to-day commercial oversight while supporting longer-term growth/strategic planning initiatives. This is a high-visibility leadership position and provides an outstanding platform for personal and professional growth.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify, develop and execute opportunities to deliver revenue growth and achieve annual targets.
Provide mentorship in managing technical and commercial exchanges, negotiations, maximizing sales and developing supply opportunities
Effectively develop and manage high quality, long-term customer relationships
Leverage knowledge of hydrogen production technologies and regulatory policy to identify, evaluate and develop opportunities aligned with growth platforms.
Complete both risk and opportunity assessments, technology comparisons, and proposals. Lead and manage to completion contract renewals.
Support business development to develop large scale opportunities with complex technical, contractual, and financing structures
Drive success through a network of teams
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Post Graduation in any field.
A minimum of 6-10 years related experience in the chemical industry with demonstrated ability to lead a team of direct reports
Knowledge of the industrial gases industry a strong asset
Strong commercial aptitude, including contract negotiations and the proven ability to close deals.
Must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders
Able to travel to customer offices/sites and Indian Hydrogen offices
