Handling the entire gamut of HR & Administrative activities mentioned below:
HR Activities: –
· Handling end to end recruitment that includes conducting interviews, coordination & empanelment with consultants via. phone, email, WhatsApp groups etc.
· Induction & Onboarding.
· Joining formalities.
· Maintaining all employee personnel files.
· Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per case.
· Background checking in co-ordination with the vendor.
· Handling Attendance & Payroll.
· Maintaining good Employee Relations.
· Conducting monthly Employee Engagement activities.
· Conducting IJP’s.
· Completing all handovers, exit formalities and processing F&F settlements.
· Handling all HR statutory compliances.
· Processing Mediclaim & social media related details.
· Providing support to all employees and resolving any employee related issues within the centre.
Admin Activities: –
· Handling Housekeeping team and maintaining their attendance.
· Handling all kinds of administrative bills viz. Electricity, Stationery, Water etc.
· Coordinating with all vendors for bills and ensuring timely payment disbursals.
· Checking and replenishing stationery as and when needed.
· Timely checking company asset fitting & fixtures and ensuring the task is completed by the vendor.
· Maintaining office decorum.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹23,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
