Job Description includes to perform administrative tasks and ensure that all office tasks run smoothly and in a timely manner. The responsibilities may include drafting letters/ emails, filing, preparing reports, supervising related HR activities in queue for pending job postings including screening / interview as well as documentation for appointment including offer / appointment letter, supervise ordering of all office supplies, supervision for all sort of office correspondence, supervision of courier management, vendor management, Managing supervision for filing of documents (including agreements / purchase orders / AMC / correspondence(s) in respective file/ folders, set up meetings/ schedules, etc.

· Excellent communication skills.
· Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
Min Qualifications:
B. Com Graduate with ICSE background.
Legal background (LLB or equivalent training/course) will be an added advantage.
Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training will be an added asset.
4 – 5 years prior experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Word / Excel / Ms Outlook).

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
