Due to their expansion of work and a new Factory setup, we are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Admin Manager to manage all operational administrative aspects of the company’s factory in Bangalore. Preference would be given to ex-servicemen.
1. Housekeeping Responsibilities:
· Housekeeping responsibility for the entire factory premise including, but not limited to cleaning, sanitation, safety, and aesthetic upkeep of the premise
· End to end Cafeteria operations, F & B services
· Manage office supplies stock
· Manage the smooth running of the premise infrastructure including electricity, internet, water, etc.
· Maintain and manage the Co. guesthouse to the required standards
· Managing the Security of Premises with help of appropriate Vendors
· Arrange for travel and accommodation for visiting guests
· Maintaining AMC & Contracts for various premise equipment.
2. Compliance:
· Ensure all company licenses and insurance policies remain up to date and levels applicable to the Group are appropriate
· Ensure all company legal and regulatory documents are held securely and appropriately protected.
· Ensure that all locations are maintained at no fire risk.
3. Management Responsibilities:
· Assess Service Levels and Performance Indicators and define the mechanism to assess the performance levels of various subcontractors.
· Maintain all records related to the performance of facility management operations.
· Liason with all the area Govt. authorities for the smooth running of the premise such as Police, Fire Dept., BESCOM, etc.
