Job Description
1. The role is of a receptionist and executive assistant during the daytime.
2. 8–9-hour workday, with a 6-day workweek. (Monday to Saturday). Sundays
are holidays.
3. Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, attending walk-ins & answering emails queries in the desired time frame. The queries are often time-
sensitive, so promptness is essential.
4. Understanding their problems, answering their queries, educating clients
about the treatments available and directing them to the right doctor or
therapist within the team.
5. Handling appointments- Answering all incoming calls & handling
appointments via CRM software. Coordinate, schedule, and confirm
appointments and meetings of doctors and other members of the team Plan
and get the priority appointments scheduled for clients within the assured time
frames
6. Receive letters, courier packages, etc. and hand over the packages to the
concerned person.
7. Accurate Billing along with proper information with charges.
8. Give daily and weekly reports to the reporting manager.
9. Handling complaints-Ensure all the complaints from the clients are handled
delicately and informed to the Manager.
10. Filing of all-important documents daily in files.
11. Maintenance of cash and other registers.
12. Handing over cash and card receipts to the person concerned from the
accounts department.
13. Adhere to strict staff grooming standards.
14. Should be ready to work on any day shifts as required.
15. Supervise housekeeping when needed.
16. Maintaining confidentiality as medical and other data being handled would be
strictly confidential.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
