Assignment description:
The organization is looking for an inspiring, dynamic, Administration manager responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s day-to-day administrative processes and efforts. The position also requires for development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with all Legal, HR, and administrative guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems
· Allocate responsibilities and office space
· Assess staff performance
· Provide coaching and guidance to staff to ensure maximum efficiency
· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
· Manage schedules and deadlines
· Identify process bottlenecks & Offer solutions for improvement
· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
· Oversee facilities services and maintenance
· Organize and supervise other office activities
· Adhere to policies and regulations
· Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
· Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; designing filing systems; review and approving supply requisitions. Assign and monitor staff functions,
· Responsible for recruiting, onboarding plan as per the role and responsibilities, and training employees
· Responsible for Grievance Handling, Employee Relations
· Perform other projects and duties as assigned

· QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
7 -10 years of experience as an Administration Manager
· Very good understanding of office management processes
· Experience with financial and facilities management principles
· Proficient in MS Office
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Team player
· Good time-management skills
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
Knowledge of current human resources legal policies, management practices, and procedures are added advantage
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Ability to work with all levels, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and customer service
Ability to take a very disciplined and process-driven approach to deliver solutions and services
Handling Performance Management, Reward & Recognition for India staff
