HRA (Consultant)

Tasks and responsibilities of the position:
· Sourcing & screening using different job portals and social networking sites
· Worked on Junior and middle level roles
· Very extensive Stake holder management
· Salary fitments and negotiation
· Offer process in workday
· Background verification & reference checks pre and post joining – taking to closure
· Employee Relocation
· New employee onboarding and induction
· New employee – guide through policies and procedures – ongoing
· Managing new hire records – uploading and updating in one drive
· Preparation and documentation of HR letters (confirmation, promotion, increment, termination, severance etc.)
· Preparation, documentation & updating of HR policies
· New hire orientation – Human Resources and Employee Engagement
· New Hire orientation for contingent workers and Post Docs
· Payroll process
· Relocation of new hires
· Employee recognition
· Employee life cycle transactions
· HR Audit – verification of employee records, additions/deletions
Key Metrics Role is Accountable For:
Accountable for the
· Entire HR activities in Bangalore (Hire till separation)
· Timelines for all employee/consultant actions
· 100% compliance in HR/ISO Audit
Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
