Required work experience: above 7 yrs in generalist role, with minimum 3 years handling managerial role.
Age preference: 30 to 35 yrs.
Education: Post graduation with specialization in HR compulsory.
-You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development.
– Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and HR initiatives and programmes within the set HR budgets.
-Handling employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare.
-Leading the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.
-Collaborating with stake holders in the business to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
-Overseeing staff payroll & attendance.
-Providing detailed HR reports to senior management teams.
-Managing talent pools and succession plans to ensure the company can continue to operate in the future.
-Overseeing training and development of employees.
-Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.
– Candidates from or near by Thane would be prefered.
