Job description
Performing Reception, Secretarial and General Office Admin & Support Functions:
· Handling phone calls
· Handling Visitors
· Taking notes and drafting letters;
· Making travel arrangements, Booking Air/rail tickets, Taxi, Hotel etc;
· Maintaining records and files;
· Compiling documents needed for various project approval applications (from files or from various staff or vendors)
· Co-ordinating with Vendors for maintenance/service of Office Equipment and other facilities;
· Tasks involving External visits (Rare): Visits to Airtel/Vodafone/Jio stores/offices for setting up new connections or resolving problems
· Maintaining attendance records on daily basis – both for office based staff and staff posted at various sites
· Maintain Contacts database
· Handling Couriers
· Handling miscellaneous administrative tasks and support requests from other departments
· Scheduling meetings – both in person and on Google Meets, Zoom etc
· Handling adhoc information requests through Internet research;
· Managing Peons & Office Boys
Required Candidate profile
· Graduate from a reputed college
· Should be organized and methodical
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal}
· Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel and Gmail
· Presentable {Maybe replace with “Smiling personality” or similar}
· Should be able to multi-task
· Should be Punctual and regular
· Should have 4-7 years’ experience with at least 1 year in a similar role .
