Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Gurgaon
Position Overview:
You will be integral to our Gurgaon office as our Office Administrator. You will provide administrative support to several Leaders in a designated support capacity, and where necessary, additional administrative support to their teams including coordination of travel plans, accommodation, and thorough expense reporting. Frequent communication and collaboration with other Executive Assistants is critical to success. The candidate will work from the office and therefore, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong and successful working relationships are essential.
Additional duties may include providing administrative support for the office matters, including, and not limited to, Finance and IT.
