Profile: Hr Generalist
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Knowledge of recruitment is must.
· Should have in-depth knowledge about related HR and Admin work.
· Assign jobs and duties to office staff as and when required.
· Identifying and using various sources of recruitment – Ensuring the integrity of the process in terms of interviews, reference check, salary details, etc.
· Preparation of Job Description and Job Specification as per the vacancy. Searching Job Portals, Job Posting, Screening Resumes, coordination with consultants, using referrals and Campus Placements. Hiring for a junior level to senior level.
· Line Up Candidates for Interview and taking preliminary Interview Rounds
· Completing the joining formalities and other documentation in relates to the same.
· Vendor Management
· Employee Engagement: – Birthday celebrations, Festival celebrations, get-to-gather on different occasions, Farewell, Outing etc.
· Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
· Making & implementing different induction presentations for new joining and ensuring proper socialization
· Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record
· Preparing & presenting employee performance report to top management.
· Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit/terminated employees, Coordinate & manage the full n final settlement with the help of finance division)
