Human Resource – Co-ordinator
Work Structure
1. Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures
2. Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
3. Ensuring HR programmes and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and Indian laws and regulations
4. Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance
5. Recommending solutions and providing advice on HR policies, procedures and tools
6. Assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees
7. Keeping abreast of industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements in technology
8. Assisting the IT Team for the HR updation and software validation
