We are currently searching for an Admin Asst who will be responsible for both general and clerical tasks around the office. This position involves general office administration and streamlining business operations throughout the organization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining filing systems / records for Admin Department.
Clearing of company utility bills.
MIS report preparation.
Compliance management.
Preparing photocopy sets of legal documents as and when required.
Managing house-keeping staff.
Checking of Staff OT hours.
Assisting the seniors.
Arrangement of various items required for office like Lunch of visitors, items for cleaning / or other items.
Co-ordination with different departments for their work requirements.
Making arrangements for company functions.
Taking care of company annual subscriptions or insurance renewals.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Any Graduate
1-2 years of similar experience
Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
computer competence especially in excel
