Job Profile
– Coordinate HR recruitment which includes advertisement in online portals, short listing of prospective candidates, coordinating google forms, second level short listing, fixing interviews, issues of offer and appointment lettters
– new employee onboarding which includes collecting basic documents, employee agreement and appointment letter singing and initial onboarding training
– employee deboarding which includes exit interview, documentation, full and final settlement coordination
– coordinate inter branch communication
– client coordination where required
– working closely with top management
– MIS reporting
Ideal Candidate
Expected qualification is MBA (HR and Admin/Marketing) with a minimum of 5 years experience in HR. Able to travel and physically attend office at Vikhroli (W) between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday. Should possess a working laptop with internet access.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
