>Serves as a first point-of-contact for departments regarding HR concerns, needs and issues; evaluates situations, navigates and directs departments to the various resources available; partners with HR specialty areas across the Division of Human Resources to address organizational needs.
>Sourcing candidates who are looking for training and placements.
> Calling candidates and making them understand the technologies we offer.
>Suggesting candidates about the relevant technologies according to their educational background .
> Guiding candidates to enroll for the training where they can upgrade and kick start their career .
> This is a target-based job.
>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community and having strong Network in IT sector and hands on Social Media.
>Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
