We are looking for a highly organized and disciplined Female Personal Assistant for the firm. This is a position of responsibility that includes taking dictation, entering data, organizing files, making appointments, and managing inquiries and correspondence.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assistant to Senior Management to coordinate work activities and provide support where needed.
General office duties include taking dictation, entering data, organizing files, making appointments, and managing inquiries and correspondence.
Call answering & scheduling appointments for the partners and clients.
Bill payments and petty cash maintenance.
Assisting with travel and accommodation booking for staff outstation visits. Perform other related duties in accordance with instructions from the senior management team
Office admin, staff timekeeping, intern, and recruitment interviews. Assisting staff to produce newsletters, brochures, case studies, press releases, and reports.
Must be proficient and have a functional command over language – both English and Hindi.
The
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream Must have at least 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute in English Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, telephone manner with professional etiquette in dealing with clients.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, the internet, etc. Able to meet deadlines Calm and organized approach. Remuneration: Commensurate with ability and experience
