Attendance leave and Salary
1. Attendance verification of staff, and resolving issues regarding it, preparing final attendance sheet and forwarding it to Consultant and Akaksh Sir. Maintaining leave record of MLJ Noida Staff.
2. Coordination with Akaksh sir for attendance of Sales person and office boys.
3. Salary sheet verification every month, coordination with consultant and resolving issues related to it.
4. Coordination with consultant for salary bifurcations.
5. Providing salary slips to employees every month.
6. Redressing grievance related salary, attendance and leaves.
Documentation – Personnel Files
7. Maintaining Employee file record , supervision and cross checking with HR team – Educational Documents ,Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, 2 passport size photo, Salary slips and account statement of last 3-6 months, E- nomination of EPF, Nomination forms of Wages and Gratuity, ESIC TIC, Joining forms , Offer letter , CTC breakup, Appointment letter , last company , resignation , reliving cum experience letter.
8. Follow–up with Employees, Making Company staff aware about document requirement and their non-compliances consequences.
Joining and Exit Formalities
9. Organising Workstation arrangement – Desktop /Laptop, Extension, Mobile/SIM, mail id, coordination with HR Team and front desk for New Joinees.
10. To ensure all joining forms and documents required are submitted.
11. To ensure new employee is aware about Company HR policies, leave and attendance policies.
12. Maintaining record of left and joined employees in company from September 2021.
13. Implementing Exit formalities of employee – providing attendance record to consultant, Follow –up with Consultant for Full and final record of payment to be paid, cross checking and verifying and submitting it to Akaksh Sir. Exit interview Form, Experience cum reliving letter, No Dues form, Handover update.
Compliance Register
14. To ensure all compliance register are maintained by front desk:
1. Register of Advance,
2. Register of Fines,
3. Register of Deduction and Damages,
4. Register of Muster roll (Maternity Benefit Act),
5. Register of accident (ESIC),
6. Register of Accident and dangerous occurrences.
7. National Holiday Register
8. Overtime Register
HR Audit – Internal and External
15. Arrangement of Internal Audit with Coordination with Consultant of Plant and office.
16. Coordination with Consultant regarding HR Internal and external Audit, resolving HR Audit queries.Resolving issues regarding HR related compliances, documentation.
Miscellaneous Functions
17. Follow up with Front desk for office cleanliness and pending tasks assigned.
18. Drafting of Agreement, contracts, formatting organisation policies, verifying forms submitted by employees, sealing and signing of forms, appointment letter and offer letter as per authorisation.
19. Maintaining various reports of HR.
20. Performance Evaluation of Employees.
