Customer Success Associate is responsible for ensuring that a company’s customers are satisfied with its products and services. They must have excellent communication and customer service skills in order to build strong relationships with customers and help resolve any issues they may have. A customer success associate must be able to work independently and be highly organized in order to manage their time and workload efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Being the first point of contact for customers/publishers and handling all customer inquiries
2. Building relationships with customers and ensuring they are satisfied with the company’s products and services
3. Assisting customers with any issues or problems they have
4. Providing customer support via phone, email, and live chat
5. Answering customer questions and providing information about the company’s products and services
6. Making recommendations to customers about the company’s products and services
7. Recording customer feedback and suggestions
Requirements & Skills:

4. Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries at once
