Minimum 2 to 12 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably from Staffing
companies.
Accountable for front-ending recruitment activities for Bangalore location
Responsible for daily and weekly meetings with Technical Panelists and Hiring
Managers to keep them updated on status
Coordinate with Business, understand Hiring plans & requirements and work on job
specifications
Source resumes through various channels such as JOB Boards, Employee referral,
partners
Handle stakeholder engagement, scheduling interviews with Technical Panelists and
Hiring Managers
Responsible for candidate engagement, Sourcing, Scheduling, Documents collection,
Reporting, Offer release and Onboarding
Good to have knowledge in Recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel with good knowledge in pivot tables, vlook up’s
Responsible for post offer follow-up, ensuring that candidates onboard and working
with Business on hiring and back-up plans
