Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:
•To operate & monitor the liquid process equipment & operation activities like wet mixing, heat processing, homogenization & CIP as per schedule in the plant facility.
•Should have knowledge of food process industry and cGMP affecting product quality.
•To maintain quality standards, tools and methods for processing materials into finished products.
• Identify maintenance and improvement needs on line

Major Responsibilities:
• To comply with manufacturing schedule.
•To operate & monitor plant operation as per quality & safety compliance.
•To build good work environment across teams to have healthy relations.
•To assume responsibility to improve process efficiency and quality of product.
•Responsible for operating and maintaining automated Process Equipments in Liquid processing(batch formulation, Pasteurization & Homogenization, storage, CIP)
•Responsible for documentation on an hourly basis and maintenance of records.
•Responsible for following policies, work instructions and SOP’s.
•Responsible to maintain housekeeping of Processing area , wet process control room, Oil storage and reception area & Finished product tanks.
•Should take initiative of preventive maintenance of his own area.
•Responsible for ensuring continuous compliance to Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and maintaining the hygiene of his area/machine.
•Responsible for Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
•Responsible for following and delivering batches as per upstream process requirements to ensure timely delivery to customers.
•Need to involve in continuous improvement efforts /projects.
Education:
• ITI in related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Production)
•3-4 years of relevant experience in Dairy, Food, Pharma and Chemical plant.
•Knowledge of wet processing (reconstitution, mixing, homogenisation & Pasteuriser is must.
•Sound knowledge of cGMP.
