1. Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative team, including supervising administrative staff, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.
3. Coordinate and communicate with department heads to understand their administrative needs and ensure timely delivery of services.
4. Streamline administrative processes and systems to optimize workflow, minimize redundancy, and improve overall effectiveness.
5. Manage and monitor budgets, expenses, and purchasing activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
6. Handle employee-related administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, and employee records management.
7. Maintain and update organizational policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Manage facilities and office services, including space planning, maintenance, and security.
9. Implement and maintain records management systems to ensure efficient document storage, retrieval, and disposal.
10. Oversee technology and IT infrastructure, ensuring effective utilization and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
2. Minimum 15 to 17 years proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Experience in implementing and managing administrative systems and processes.
