What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:
Responsible for managing Private Wireless delivery.
Performing end to end support (FCAPS) of eNodeB, small cell, Cloud RAN, CMM, APC, CMG
Providing technical support to Region/Field Engineers for resolution of reported cases.
Co-ordination & interaction with other teams for alignment and sync.
Process adherence and handling of incidents on Incident Tool.
Your skills and experience
Excellent multi-domain technical skills on Nokia RAN Product: Airscale/SRAN for eNodeB, small cells etc.. and Packet Core Cloud products like CMM, APC, CMG.
Excellent communication skills: English (Verbal and Written).
It would be nice if you also had:
Awareness of NOC Processes & Mode of Operation.
