The Microsoft 365 Solution Designer will work together with the Microsoft 365 Solution Architects to support the continual operations and improvements of our M365 tenant, including ensuring the effective use of M365 for our users, and helping the organization follow best practices for M365 and Azure.
The Microsoft 365 Solution Designer will also work together with all the Service Owners and Service Providers to understand current configurations, policies, and technical components, support the evaluation of strategic approach for deploying services and provide input into M365 service roadmap development. He/She/They will also perform day-to-day activities in our M365 environment including operations of a hybrid environment, support of end-users, support on incidents, co-management, directory-sync, and reviewing various alerts and messages concerning changes in the platform and how they will impact the client’s operations.

Provide operational and administrative support of the applications in the cloud
Continuous improvement and automation of the deployed systems
Implementation of new tools and M365 functions
Monitoring of incidents and troubleshooting
Evaluation of the newest technologies for use in IT
Development and maintenance of M365 security features
Manage M365 applications administration interfaces
Maintenance and implementation of third-party software (IAM, project planning software, etc.)
Support on the Planning, developing and implementation for Azure Identity and Access management solutions
Support on technical challenges for projects
Support on Incidents (L3, L2)
Your skills and experience
You have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science of equivalent field of study
(3+ years) Azure Active Directory, Active Directory and O365 technology experience
Active Directory Domain Services
Office / Microsoft 365 Services
Azure Active Directory
(3+ years) M365 applications (e.g. Exchange online, SharePoint online, MS Teams, Office Package, etc ) experience
Experience with PowerShell scripts
Agile and Continuous Delivery and methodologies, Azure DevOps
Ability to work in a virtual, global environment, teamwork
Experience on operations, L3-L2 support, on-call support
Technology enthusiast
Demonstrates a high passion and drive
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong cross-functional skills, transcending across global teams
Willingness to take responsibility, develop and learn
Being a team player and coach for junior team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
