Analyze and continuously follow up the performance of GSD NI Engineers
Analyzing, providing solutions and Reporting for quality problems to GSD NI Manager.
Identify and follow up KPI agreed with GSD NI Manager.
Perform Swaps, Site Integration and New site builds.
Execute critical NI activities
Prepare and communicate – Report for all activities to project organization and GDC NI Manager

Job Description:
Main responsibility area includes the capability build up activities for Radio solution.
Responsibility to develop service capability creation material and activities.
Lead the Team and the Radio deliveries from GSD MN by innovating, supporting and pushing for new Delivery models & opportunities with CO Cluster/Regions.
Functional Management responsibility of a NI rollout team (Remote intregration & Databuild – ” RI & DB”)
2nd level escalation contact point for his/her region and natural interface for Deploy activities. Has a innovative attitude and actively tries to develop team further (Automation / Tools).
Very good understanding of Telecommunication and Customer Support Services (Deploy- RI & DB, Implementation projects, Live Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis etc)

Act with independence and discretion in routine matters.
