Description
Accountable for achieving set Card acquisition goals through feet on street selling. Also responsible for the retention of current Card members.
Individual will be required to acquire new merchants for Amex card acceptance in specified territory in Delhi/NCR
Ensure servicing and warm acceptance American Express merchants
To achieve objective of Coverage, quality signings from the territory assigned
Ensuring merchant set up, welcome call, training, pop deployment and manage first 300 days to ensure activation
Ensure Amex cards are being warmly accepted in assigned market and work towards it
Follow up and real time closures on merchant/employee generated leads
Build relationship for success- consultative solution selling to ensure long term relationship building
Owns the end to end resolution of reported surcharge & suppression cases
Effective and efficient delivery of campaigns
Proactive identification of incremental opportunities to leverage all client contacts based on needs while potentially leveraging cross selling opportunities
Provides first point of escalations from other contact channels
Reinforce and demonstrate the value story to retain merchant and promote card acceptance develop In-depth understanding of the customers and marketplace
Qualifications
Post Graduate with atleast 1 years of experience in sales organization
Excellent communication skills
Customer, industry, market and Amex products/operations and MIS system knowledge
Strong consultative selling skills including excellent relationship building and time management skills
Effective conflict resolution negotiation skills
Ability to use quantitative data and analysis to sell value
Strong team player with functional skills/capabilities
Knowledge of MS Excel skills would an added advantage
Technical skills/capabilities: knowledge of platforms: Behavioral skills/capabilities:
