Responsibilities include:
Ø Vendor management
Ø Management of office supplies and its stock.
Ø Preparation of regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Ø Maintenance of the inventory and asset registers.
Ø Organization & filing of important and confidential company documents.
Ø Schedule meetings as required.
Ø Generation of correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)
Ø Arrangement of travel and accommodations.
Ø Implement and monitor programs as directed by management.
Ø Ability to assist with the coordination of events at onsite or offsite venues.
Requirements and skills
Ø Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
Ø Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Ø Proficiency in office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
Ø Superior organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Ø Exceptional Communication and negotiation skills.
Ø Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
Ø High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are an add on.
