1. JOB PURPOSE

The job involves managing and monitoring the entire administration of the refinery and the township which includes all day to day activities like transportation, excellent housekeeping, supporting people in managing township, food and canteen management ,travel management for employees and many other related issues.

Administration for refinery
Monitoring the entire administration of the refinery which includes transport inside the plant, housekeeping for every department, food and canteen management etc.
Township administration
Monitoring the township administration which includes ensuring state of the art housing facilities for the employees, canteens, transportation and travel management, supporting people for beautification of the colony and organizing cultural events for the employees to ensure better quality of life.
Training and development
Ensuring better training and development for subordinates.
